BRIGHTON
Kinda, sorta joined with Allston (although for practical purposes, Warren Street separates the two), Brighton has a similar college vibe — this is BC territory. Take the Green C Line to Cleveland Circle for the listings below.

Roggie’s
As comfy as your living room (but with better furniture), Roggie’s is the ultimate college hang. The entrees — slow-cooked ribs, feta cheese pizza, rainbow trout —are pricey, but grab a six buck sub or a pizza, 10 friends and you’re totally set for the night, broseph.

356 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton. 11 a.m.-2 a.m., daily. 617.566.1880.

Bangkok Bistro
OK, so maybe some of the names aren’t authentic (unless “Between the Sheets,” featuring shrimp and chicken in a spring roll, means something else in Thai). But the food itself — hey, we can’t complain, especially when most dishes are $6. Try the ginger pork or the ultra-spicy “One Night in Bangcock” — beef and hot peppers, with multiple side orders of water.

1952 Beacon St., Brighton. Lunch: Tue-Fri 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Sat, Sun Noon-3 p.m.; Dinner: Sun, Tue-Thu 5 p.m.-10 p.m.; Fri, Sat 5 p.m.-11 p.m. 617.739.7270.
