Hyde Park’s Townsend partners up with the Global Beer Network to host a Belgian Beer Tasting Event tonight at 7. Build some liquid courage as each of five courses is paired with the likes of Stella, Petrus Oud Bruin,  Augustijn and a bunch of other great beers you don’t know yet. You’ll also be treated to beef tartar, hanger steak, a Belgian flourless chocolate torte and more.

And we don’t mean Amy, who should, in fact, steer clear of the beverage. But if you enjoy an occasional glass of vino, “The Veritable Garden” at Harvest tonight at 6 is for you. As part of the Harvest Re-view tasting series, this week’s event features spark-ling wine, chardonnay, merlot and Moscato d’ Asti paired with four courses for $45. Satisfy your hunger with dishes such as poached Atlantic sole and Nantucket Bay scallops.
