Rehab round two ain’t no sweet emotion

GOSSIP. If you grew up in Boston, you know that in the ’70s Steven Tyler was as well known for his drug use as he was for Aerosmith’s kickass tunes. So, eyebrows were raised when the aging rocker went to rehab last month. Although it was first reported that he checked in to recover from surgery, he told The Associated Press that he was fighting a dependency on pain and sleep medication. “I just put the brakes on and checked into detox and just pulled the plug on all of it,” he said. “I didn’t like the me that was me.” We just wish the guy would figure out that the “him that is him” really needs to detox from those highlights. Dude really does look like a lady.

Uma to become even richer
Uma Thurman will marry financier Arpad “Arki” Busson, her publicist says. “I can confirm she is engaged,” the flack said in a statement yesterday. In fun celeb trivia, this isn’t Busson’s first brush with impossibly tall  famous women — he has two sons with model Elle Macpherson. And although not much else is known about this mysterious financier, The Word will take a stab and surmise that he really digs attractive blondes.
